Hardy Oil and Gas plc (the 'Company') announces that it has published today its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 and Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 13 May 2010.  

Copies of these documents may be obtained from the head office of the Company at Lincoln House, 137-143 Hammersmith Road, London, W14 0QL and will be available for viewing on the Company's website www.hardyoil.com shortly. 

Two copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company have today been sent to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is located at:
